Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable accommodation. This place is a disgusting place to stay. Do not expext to have even a 1* stay if i could give this a 0 i would. With talking to the owners on the phone in the first instance the woman was rude and hung up the phone on me which was with the site manager on loud speaker!!! A cleaner was supised to have come to clean the day after and 4 days later still a no show. I would not recommend staying here, this accommodation is not fit to stay in or fit for purpose . Save your money and go somewhere else

Sofa bed cushions smelt strongly of dog Generally felt poorly maintained and checked between bookings.

Nice location right next to beach staff and surrounding people brilliant close enough to market and fantasy island very quiet.

The (lady) who owned caravan was rude. They was no bedding or towels or basic accessories.

Very dirty not been cleaned out by previous occupants dog hairs everywhere white rug carpet was brown plus got bit by fleas

Outside lights didn't work shower heads broken extractor fans not working lights in shower room faulty gas cooker faulty and rusty inside oven areas windows. On outside dirty hoover stunk not been emptied four cans of spray foam carpet cleaner were used the decking was slippery the steps weren't attached too frame was scared too turn television on as full of thick dust grime in the vents no iron as stated in the itinerary there were marks on the dining table too hand prints not been cleaned for a while told the agents via email in last day got a reply not good enough on camp site when arrived at 2.30 pm reception was closed The key code fob !!!!!!! Only had one key so if it was lost we were stuck no loyalty card for the caravan for the club shop laundry etc had too borrow a neighbours from another site ????? So due too cooker etc not working we are out or light meals put in fridge !!! Microwave was old didn't work properly not been cleaned toilet brush was rusty unfit too be used everywhere needed a spring clean there was mold in the bathrooms also on the walls of the living room not good

Lovely caravan very cosy

Smell of damp all around the caravan (probably just part and parcel of the winter months). Mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable due to springs. On suite bathroom we did not use as the shower head was dirty. Overall though lovely caravan and would absolutely go again...

Liked how clean it was and close to the beach and amusements

The beds abit hard and they don’t tell You on bookings .com you need to also pay a deposit of 75.00
