J'avais réservé sur Booking une chambre de 10m2. La responsable m'a envoyé un message pour me dire qu'il y avait une erreur. Évidemment le prix n'était pas le même. J'ai accepté. Je ne comprend pas ce qui c'est passé. Ceci dit le logement était super.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Løkvollstranda Camping. The information provided during the booking process was very misleading and did not match the reality upon arrival. I booked what I believed was accommodation for three people. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the reservation was only for a parking space and that the accommodation itself had to be paid separately in cash and only in Norwegian kroner. This was never made clear during the booking process. To make matters worse, we discovered that even basic facilities came with additional charges. The toilet was not included and required extra payment. The parking was also not actually included as expected and required additional fees. After a long journey, the last thing travelers want is to be surprised by hidden costs and unclear conditions. I feel that the advertising and booking description are confusing and can easily mislead customers. Important information about extra charges, payment requirements, and what is actually included in the booking should be clearly stated before guests arrive. Instead, we felt trapped into paying unexpected fees after reaching the destination. Traveling should be about relaxation and enjoying the trip, not arguing about what was booked and what needs to be paid additionally. Transparency and honesty are essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I cannot recommend this place to other travelers. Please read all conditions very carefully and be prepared for extra charges that may not be obvious when making the reservation. In my opinion, this is not the level of service and honesty that guests deserve. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
