perfect location out of town, wonderful views of the river, great accommodation overlooking the river, welcoming and friendly staff and owners. dolfins and sea turtle swam past! fishing was fun on the mooring. we will be back!

"Our stay soured by no cabin hot water / gas bottles empty."

Well presented.

No hot water in the morning when we wanted to leave early. Phoned the manger and could only leave a voicemail. Received a message from them that the gas bottles (2 of) were empty and had now been replaced. Problem - we were already 3/4 hr in the road. Seems to me to be poor facilities management. I would have given the property a higher score except for this experience.
