Archery-Asia Nipa Huts Moalboal

We found this place while we were looking for accommodations on booking.com. Since we love camping, we decided to try this place. We love the concept of the place, experiencing sleeping in Nipa huts. Additionally, they have a small bar with a cozy reception area for dining, reading books, or even playing billiards. The staff were lovely and always greeted their guests. Overall, everything was great. Of course, there were some comfort issues like showers, but overall, it's a great place to stay. We definitely recommend it.

The staff is really friendly. The food is tasty and cheap.

We booked a Nipa Hut and thought to know what to expect, we’ve stayed in others before. But here we stayed two nights and we didn’t sleep for two nights. The mattress is hard like a wooden board and the surroundings were really loud. We had every noise from roosters, dogs, party music, traffic, loud guests (!), you name it. You would say ‚come on this is the Philippines, it’s normal here‘ and you are right and the accommodation can’t change this but especially at this place it‘s just extreme, no earplug can protect you from this. The layout of the place makes it worse. The huts stand very close together, you hear every conversation of your neighbors. We might have been unlucky in that regard, as other guests stayed up all night and were extremely inconsiderate. But the house rules of quiet hours are also not enforced by the staff. This could be easily changed. Besides that the huts have large gaps in the bamboo floors so just be aware your belongings can fall through easily and our Mosquito net had big holes in it. So even though the staff is really nice, I would not recommend staying here if you need a good nights sleep.

Excellent spot for spending some days. Nuts are an amazing place to stay calm and feel the nature. The hosts, from the owners to the most little ones, are very friendly and helpful. The food is incredibly good and the atmosphere of other guests as well. I would definitely recommend it if you are thinking of going to Moalboal or around.

a bit further out of the town but easy to get Tuktuk or if you have your own scooter/bike easy

I like the ambiance and the style of the property, it like more nature looks, but the shared bathroom is quite far from the nipa hut.

Bathroom is quite far, and staff wasnt so friendly, so hi and hello or even greetings when we check in. Cousl be more approachable and friendly.

Everything was great, service, food, drinks, activities, close to town and beaches, facilities, and especially the staff were very helpful, friendly and made us feel as we were at home. We didn't want to leave, and next time we'll be back there. Thanks so much!
