Elvegård Fjordcamp

The location next to the fjord is really beautiful. It was rainy all night but on a clean night is a nice spot to see the auroras.

The wc in the chalet was a bit tiny, not for big people.

Amazing view, clean facilities, well equipped kitchen.

They insisted on standard check-in which was trouble for us, cause we were late. There was no need of standard check-in, since even keys were already put in the door. Staff doesn't communicate very well, I am not sure whether this is language barrier or they just don't care. Rules in the room threats you that you need to clean the room and vacuum the floor, and that there will be an inspection before I leave. I felt like cleaning person and not a guest.

Not an ordinary stay. Watching high/low-tide and seagulls flying and hunting nearby is nice way of wasting time.

Don't forget your eye sleeping mask, especially during polar day :-)
