Everything the caravan was lovely and clean

Location of the caravan was brilliant.

Very clean very comfy loved the lay out sofas were so cosy, the main bed was a divan bed which we was reallly happy about it’s wasn’t a small double because we are tall….kitchen had everything you needed

The only one downfall of the property was the seating outside on the balcony was the best:( was only 2 little seats and they were 5 of us. Y

The caravan site itself was great. Entertainment for all the family in the evening was fun. Tv in the bedroom was nice, good selection of board games, too. Great location, not far from the beach etc. The shower pressure was nice and strong.

The caravan had a nasty smell as soon as we entered, an old, greasy smell. The cooker was dirty, with old food and grease on top. There was a dead moth on the draining board plus hairs, it had clearly been there for a while. The outside of the shower was dirty, dirty mirrors, no handwash, and only 1 toilet roll. There was mould on the walls and the beds. The bathroom light fitting was loose and wires were visible. When walking on the main bathroom floor it sunk, the whole floor moved as if we were going to go through it. My 4 year old son found some tablets on the floor, which didn't belong to us, dread to think what could have happened if I didn't see him with them. There were spiders all over the caravan and a lot of dust, many cobwebs. The cutlery and glasses were all dirty. The shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold constantly. There was no fire blanket in the holder, it was empty. Dirt and stains on the walls and curtains. The toilet was hard to flush, it had to be flushed hard multiple times for it to work. The hosts didn't reply to texts, I had to message via booking.com. For the price we did expect the place to atleast be clean.
