"Calming, resting and beautiful."

Perch hut was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need; so cosy. An idyllic setting surrounded by nature. A much needed restorative break. Geraldine & Mark are very welcoming and fantastic hosts.

It was a perfect place to retreat from your day to day life. The location is perfect. It is all kept really well with great attention to the environment. The accommodation was comfortable with every day to day need thought of. Mark and Geraldine were always on hand should need anything and nothing was too much trouble. Will look forward to returning to get away from it all.

Loved everything. Perch Hut was amazing and had everything and more. All kitchen accessories were provided. Decent size fridge with a small freezer if you want to cook and bring food. We had Tesco delivery straight to our hut which made it all the more convenient. The hut was Comfortable Great location away from it all. Really nice grounds to roam or relax and chill out. We had glorious weather whilst we were there which made it even more special. Hubby fished and had a fantastic time catching various fish. Prefect place to go fishing or have a relaxing break. Mark is a friendly knowledgeable man who cares a lot for his fish and you can tell from standards of the lake and the fish. Geraldine is lovely and collected and returned us to Buxted station. A great service to provide if you dont drive. Stayed in many huts ovee the years and this is the best if not one of the best. Location and standard of property. I would 100% recommend this place to anywone who appreciates the great outdoors and peace. We definitely return again. Thank you Mark and Geraldine for having such a lovely place and being good hosts and the whisk!!! . Ps. Thanks to Hildah too for taking hubby to the tackle shop.

Beautiful setting, a peaceful unique spot. Really friendly hosts and really welcoming. The views from the hut are amazing. We had a perfect little getaway, our dog loved it too

Everything was just perfect! We stayed in the Perch hut and found it very cosy, loved the log burner. Every little detail has been thought of.
