"Great hut on the hill"

Great location at the hill in the tea village, superb view in the morning. Huge windows in the room let you see foggy hills in the morning. You can even open the bathroom window to get the view. Yummy breakfast served directly to the room. This not a luxury stay by any means but the location and view make it worth it. You get fresh local tea in the room.

There's no reception so be ready to call the owner - she speaks English and fortunately uses WhatsApp. I've arrived past 5 PM, nobody there, everything looking like abandoned facility :D The staff arrived 5 minutes after my call, very friendly and checked me in. Insects outside make so much noise in the night, careful if you're a light sleeper.

Pretty nice spot, the balcony has a nice lying spot. Big panoramic windows. Decent facilities, good price overal.

The check-in process was a bit awkward (they forgot about it haha). Do not expect much from breakfast: basic & cheap ingredients.

I love that we had our own separate unit that gave us a sense of real privacy and I got to visit with one of the six children from the family. What a talented family that I Believe beautifully blends both the Thai and Chinese culture in history.

What a view!! That breakfast was awesome! We felt spoiled rotten! We loved it! The staff were so kind and professional. It is lovely! Was in Thailand for 7 weeks and this was one of our favourite stays.
