The location was great for exploring the surrounding areas and the van itself was absolutely beautiful! It was warm, spacious and perfect for a family holiday. The little extras provided were a lovely touch and very welcome after a long, rather windy day out.

"A comfortable place to rest after exploring the local area."

The property was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The heating worked well, shower was very good. Beds were very comfortable, as was the living area seating. Perfect location for coastal walks and walking into Brixham Harbour. Staff on the site were helpful too. Peaceful setting.

Nothing really, we were very happy and would use again when visiting the area.

"We would definitely stay again if we need to stay in the area."

It was comfortable and accommodated 5 of us. Bonus having 2 toilets. A lovely touch having milk, tea , coffee , crisp and chocolate biscuits provided.

Cleanliness could have been better. Dirty mugs and dirty cheese grater in the cupboard and drawer. The rest of the accommodation was clean. Difficult to find the property at night in the dark.

Everything we needed for a short stay, well equipped and generous welcome gifts. Grounds well maintained and well spaced out caravans/ lodges with hard ground parking along side.

Insufficient advance info about No on site/ off season Restaurant ! Limited swimming times. Had I been any larger I would have struggled to get in the shower cubicle.

"Very enjoyable and relaxing."

The location was amazing very close to Brixham harbour. Small supermarket and laundry available.lovely area for walking with family to sea the wildlife seals dolphins etc. Children loved crabbing at the harbour.

Unfortunately no cafe or restaurant. These facilities were on the list of facilities available so need to be removed. But we did have a great time

The caravan was clean and comfortable. Excellent mattress on double bed and shower was really good too. These two things are important to get right. Lovely touch to to provide us with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, chocolate and wine. Thanks guys

This really isn’t a downgrade but you need to know that the plug hole in shower needs unblocking as it runs away very slowly.
