"Lovely well equipped caravan in a great location!"

Excellent location and well equipped. The distance to the coastal path was so close and we watched the most beautiful sunrise! Very clean and the chocolates and wine were a lovely touch.

Just be mindful when travelling with a baby that the travel cot doesn’t fit in the two smaller rooms unless a single bed is moved. We struggled to get the heating the right temperature but the host was quick to message and help us sort it out! Otherwise had everything we needed!

Lovely cliff top walks nearby. Close to a beautiful harbour town. We stayed for the polar express which was brilliant also. 20 min drive to said train station. Loved the bottle of vino and a few snacks left for the stay. Very nice touch.

The parking bay was not lit very well. We arrived later in the day and struggled a little to find the static and struggled to park a bit.

"Cosy Captain quarters"

Felt really cosy and homely. Beds were comfortable, towels were provided. Lots of blankets & cushions made the living area comfortable & we snuggled up to watch a DVD from the drawer in the evening as there was no wifi to chromecast to the TV. TV had Freeview, so we were happy (didn't really watch TV that much!) Kitchen was well equipped. It was very clean throughout. It was a very quiet park & close to Berry Head for a beautiful costal walk to the guardsman cafe for lunch. For the budget, it was excellent value. We were a party of 2, visiting family who live in Brixham, so it was ideal for our weekend stay.

Only that the swimming pool was closed on the site, but that's nothing to do with the rental. I checked after booking & the owners advised that the site closed it end September. Perhaps that could be clearer in the list of facilities advertised as available as we were there during Oct half-term & I was hoping to entertain my daughter with some swimming. No wifi didn't bother me at all, my daughter was a bit 'oh!', but it encouraged reading & playing games, so that was nice. 🙂
