1). The facilities in the chalet/room is below average. The aircond is not functioning after few hours been on. And there is NO staff at the receptionist or around for customer to complain about the aircond. Luckily the fan can be switch on after few times try (at first the fan cannot be switch ON too ). If not we will be sleeping in a sweat. FYI, the aircond is still cannot functioning until we check out the next day. 2) The breakfast also below average. The nugget is very overcooked and taste like its been cooked yesterday. Not many varieties. 3) the reflexology stone at the shower area in the bathroom. I personally really think it is NOT Suitable to put that kind of stone there. Because not everyone is having a good time stepping on that stone while taking shower.

nice structure of hotel, calm vibes and not to crowded

i stay in 201 hotel room, but the acc.not function well, when i ask receptionist, they ask me to reset the acc. into auto, unfortunately, the air connect still same. the wifi also not available and tv only have 2 channel.
