De locatie en het uitzicht was fantastisch. Meneer bij de receptie was ontzettend aardig.

Hut mag wel een update krijgen. Leuke hutten met eigen keuken, maar heel erg gedateerd. Bed was erg hard en niet voor lange mensen.

Extremely dated. Uncomfortable bed with old bedding. Fridge covered in rust. Decking not swept.

It has everything in the cabin, very clean, receptionist very friendly and on a hilltop cool location

The quiete

Not enough bench space

Pleasant looking property with spectacular views over surrounding countryside, reasonably close to Dorrigo township, and the turnoff to the rainforest centre. Accommodation set up to look like old-time village buildings, with covered verandahs. Good shower. Beds, small but comfortable enough, although pillows were very thin. Generous hardsurface parking space beside our cabin. I would like to like it more - see below.

The old-time vibe extended to the interior, in that walls and ceiling were unfinished plywood, and with the tube lighting, made for a rather gloomy feeling. The bathroom had better wall finishes, but with just a single ceiling globe, the lighting wasn't much better, especially over the very small handbasin, with no bench space for laying out our things. The double bed is only a double - we slept separately. The timber floorboards on the verandah are in urgent need of replacing, and the owner/manager told me that they had the materials ready for the job.
