"Great camping, great staff but owner not delivering on promises"

Camping is nice with lots of space for the kids to play. There is a small area where it’s easy for kids to get into the river and play but it was no issue and all our kids had fun swimming, playing and floating.

We had dinner in the restaurant and one of the waiters spilled a tall glass of coffee over my new white linnen dress by accident. The staff handled it super well and got me in touch with the owner. The owner agreed to refund the dress as the coffee stains would not come out and the dress was ruined. However I emailed and called but did not get any response to get my refund. Super rude! It really put a whole damper on what was otherwise a nice holiday.
