"Nightmare"

I booked for 2 nights. Everything was fine until there was no gas in gas bottle made to move caravans in the middle of the night left for hours with no clothes as they were in the original caravan. No reply from owners and no refund for the inconvenience and chaos caused

The caravan states that it is pet friendly but complained about the dog hair which I had hoovered the caravan with the hoover they had in the caravan which was pretty useless as it didn’t pick up dog hair but then sent us pictures to complain and didn’t refund us are full bond payment back. If it’s a pet friendly caravan surely it should be made animal proof and expect there to be dog hair ? Even tho when we arrived the caravan stunk of dog and did already have dog hair and scratching in the furniture but didn’t complain about that as we knew it was pet friendly. Overall stay was nice just that put a downer to end of our family holiday
