Pine Mountain RV Resort

The cabin was older, didn't have enough blankets, light fixture fell and broke at 6:30 am, plug in in bathroom didn't work. The loft was just a mattress on the floor.

Clean facilities.

Stayed in the yurt. The bed was very squeaky. Each time we would turn we’d would be waken up.

Stsff refused to clean feces off toilet after I told them twice as well as others guest complained. They instead put a out of order sign. The toilet worked fine. 6 different yurts used 2 showers 2 toilets already are down to just 1 toilet. They didn't even put more tissue. Restrooms never clean and left unsanitary .They even drove past the restrooms with cleaning supplies on golf cart twice. I felt so disrespected and it may sound silly but vulnerable. I'm a woman 100's miles away from home with 4 kids and the people I paid good money for hospitality (the business your in but melissa knows nothing about) I I expect a clean, safe, mostly pleasant space and they didn't even treat me decent. When I spoke to Melissa she offered no apologies, empathy, or solutions. She spoke over me and only wanted to speak of " they did or u did this" and such

The air didn't work for a little while. So we were without for awhile. I asked for a discount. And haven't heard anything

Liked the seclusion

Pictures on the website were VERY misleading! They only showed the yurts with a mini fridge and bathroom. We had no idea we would have to get a cooler&ice to keep our restaurant leftovers from spoiling or to find a place to get camping bathroom supplies (I am handicapped and cannot walk the distance to the bathroom)

The Safari tent was a big hit for my 5-year old. We love that he could play by the small creek and we could keep an on him from the tent while tending to our twin infants. Games and activities were available for check out and the pool was accessible, so there was no issue keeping a rambunctious child entertained during our stay. The facilities and grounds are very clean and it is obvious that the staff takes pride in the resort.

The tent we stayed in had a terribly buckled floor which posed a tripping hazard in the dark. I wouldn't say the staff was unfriendly, but they were a little "rough around the edges." They were always polite but didn't seem overly enthused to assist.

Perfect area to get away from busy city life.

Felt cramped inside little cottage with limited space to sit and relax. Bed was pretty hard and pillows were so flat. We went and bought a folding chair so we both could sit on porch as only one chair outside😔
