The property is spotless & very comfortable. It is located with amazing views & very quiet & peaceful. The small gifts the host leaves out for your arrival are a special little bonus. I cannot fault this property in any way.

We had never previously stayed in a holiday caravan, so it took us a few minutes to adjust to the smaller accommodations, but once we adjusted to how best to store our luggage in the small bedrooms (there is adequate closet and wall shelving for storage), we were perfectly settled and comfortable. Petina used a customized "welcome board" to greet us by name and provide her contact info, as well as a nice basket of biscuits! I had some questions about how to adjust the wall heating registers, and Petina quickly replied with an easy explanation which quickly warmed up a chilly morning. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental property, and included a mattress warmer, which was heavenly. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean. We saw dozens and dozens of adorable bunnies from the large windows in the main living room. It was an easy walk just up the road to several fantastic restaurants. The lovingly preserved historic train station is close by, and boasts a steam train on the main line. It is well worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, peaceful town of Boat of Garten.

Another chair or two on the outdoor patio would be nice. There were three of us staying there, but only two could sit out there as there are only two chairs provided.

First time to boat of garten for a family holiday, Beautiful place and views, close to local attractions , would definitely recommend to others

all mod cons, gas central heating, smart tv with Netflix on rainy days, great set of cooking utensils. very well thought through with games and a small set of toys for kids. we were made to feel very welcome with beers chilling in the fridge, shortbread and snacks for our kids. best chalet in boat of garten.
