Pu Luong Ecocharm

I travelled Vietnam for three weeks and this has been by far my favorite stay! The views are amazing, the bungalow is so pretty and the staff is so friendly and kind. They took us to a traditional dance event and let me stay two hours longer in the bungalow so that I did not have to wait for my bus outside. Thank you so much!

El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente.

great location, the rice field around the home, great view with the mountain far away both with sunrise & sunset. far enough to other residences but reachable to the community (300m away the road). lovely place with eco atmosphere. The staff was very nice & helpful. Feeling as familiar as our hometown.

sometimes hot water not enough capacity. The sale person should transfer us direct to at-home staff contact number for better information exchanged during our stay there.

This homestay has a mesmerizing location: From our balcony, we were looking at the rice fields and mountains. Perfect getaway where you can relax and listen to the animals. It was also easy to get into nearby villages, which we discovered on the scooter that the hosts rented for us. Dinners were delicious and varied daily which allowed us to taste many different dishes. Herbs were picked fresh in the garden. Rooms (or rather bungalows) were very comfortable, clean and especially the shower was beautifully arranged with stones.

Good Location and atmosphere around property surrounded by hills and mountains with basic amenities. Value for money and recommended.

The view is outstanding and the room is really nice and cozy.

The service and the staff could be very much improved. More proactive. Honestly the breakfast is a bit light, and I think people should be able to pick two options. Finally the lunch/dinner was okay, but very expensive for what it is, 250K / person is really a high price for what you get. We had only bony parts of the duck with not much meat to eat… and the dessert was just some watermelon pieces…On that they could either improve the meal or reduce the price.
