Location was perfect Winery’s all close by Accommodations were much much better than we had ever anticipated 😍

Nothing could have improved the wonderful atmosphere location and Brenda was amazing She tried to please every day And went out her way to make our stay unforgettable

Great service

It was the perfect little getaway to disconnect for a few days. Property gives cozy and calm vibes. Comfortable bed and pillows. Cute coffee bar in room They offered continental breakfast. Was no more than 15 minutes away from good restaurants and wineries in the area. No WiFi ,TV microwave, or fridge in room(we didn't need it, though) Definitely would book again Thank you

Didn't bother us, but the road getting to the hacienda was a dirt road quite bumpy like most roads to the wineries approx 7 minutes from main road. GPS did great for directions, maybe more signs needed for guidance.

The property was very big, and it looks like it could host a large family event, or even a wedding. The location is very close to some Very high-end restaurants.

Very safe property you can park your car next to your small Villa.

I would have given this a perfect ten but the hotel had issues processing my payment (which they admitted was their fault), which led to 3-5 hours of communication with the hotel and booking.com. Then we had fraudulent activity from another card filed with Bookings from a different merchant which we clearly did not authorize. Only to find out the hotel owner charged that other card from another business that he operates. Long story short, we had to cancel that card (which was a huge bummer). And had to spend many hours of my time to fix their problem. I’m still curious how bookings allowed the hotel merchant to use our other card on file without our permission (while we had a pending chart on our first card)? Bookings denied that the hotel owner would have had access but that clearly does not make sense. I doubt I’ll trust Bookings again.
