Great location just few minutes walk to the beach and main street, also about 15 min walk to the pier and Concha de Perla Room was comfortable, good shower, beds were dressed daily Good aircon Kitchen there to cook - we didn't avail but seemed equipped Filtered water at reception

No one at reception ever, non existent. Not that friendly ( probably language barrier) . Offered tours when we checked in but never saw receptionist really since that so if needed info - no one to be found. So not really helpful Wifi was hit and miss

Clean easy access , monitored most of the time, 3 blocks from main square, beach another block

Next door they have a dance studio operating from 3 to min 9pm, teacher talks loudly and music even louder. Accom owners have nil say in this difficult to get enough sleep when in hot sun all day

Simple, clean rooms. Comfortable, big bed. Overall nice property.

Staff could not care less. We arrived, had to write our data in a book that was very publicly to see for everybody, were shown tours (in a way that seemed like she actually did not care if we have a good time but like she just did what she was forced to do by her boss) and that was the last we heard or saw from the staff. We did not get any information about breakfast, check-out, drinking water, the area or any of the things I typically expect when staying at a hotel/ hostel. Also, there was NO breakfast while we stayed there. We had to explicitly ask for that information.

Great stay highly recommend. Close to restaurants, bars and everything you need. Laundry place right across the road very handy. Bed was comfy, place was clean and shower was hot. Really appreciated having shower gel and shampoo provided. Some space outside the room to dry swim wear. One of our favourite accommodations in Galapagos. Simple and basic but done very well.

Found the cleaner tried to clean our room quite early one morning. Basic facilities in communal areas but you get what you pay for

Location is fine, Isabela is a small island so everything is within walking distance. The room was a good size, cleaned every day and the shower and wifi was good. Drinking water available

The staff, who were never around and couldn't be found. Whenever we needed to ask something, we couldn't find them, the one time we did, we asked if they could arrange a taxi to take us to the port at 6am and they said they couldn't, but there would be taxis available on the streets. There were no taxis available on the street and we had to drag our cases the 20 minute walk along the side of the road at 6am. It was also very noisy! Walls are very thin, could always hear the people next to us, every car, motorbike, kids playing in the street at night, so if you want quiet I would suggest somewhere else.
