Das ganze Resort ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Restaurants sind gemütlich und haben einen guten Service mit leckeren Essen.

La maisonnette était très humide et, les murs étaient mouillés, la maison en apparence était propre mais le ménage n'a pas été fait à fond dans certaines parties du logement c'est dommage.

Sehr Familien-Freundlich, unkompliziert ein und auschecken, Kleine Supermarkt, Natur, Schwimmbad alles was es braucht.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben Flecken gehabt.

The location in the maasduinen is great, awesome views of the water, very nice premises in general with a lot of trees and a good layout. The open water is amazing for swimming and paddling. There are nice beaches to build sand castles but also water playgrounds for little kids to climb. They even have an obstacle race in the water for larger kids - amazing. There is a nice outside water park with pool, slides and water play, though the water there is quite cold. There is also an inside pool with an excellent wading pool with fountains and slides for little kids. There are two decent restaurants on the premises, and an ice cream parlor, also a grocery store.

The park management appears to be quite invested in reducing staff as much as possible without considering customer needs. There is a lack of supervision everywhere, most concerningly in the indoor pool. There are signs asking for people not jump into the pool but nobody enforcing the rules, which makes it quite uncomfortable to use the pool with little kids. If there is help needed, it is very difficult to find anybody. I cannot believe that nothing serious has happened yet. On the beach there are supposed to be no dogs allowed, however, there frequently are dogs, even dog poop on the beach, again nobody checking. The staff is rude and if at all only reluctantly accommodating customer requests, i.e. my family arrived a little early and we would have loved to check in early, we had even send a message days ahead. The team would do nothing about that. We were allowed to use the park, so that was nice, but also allowed us to see that the cleaning crew worked through the different accommodations in random order. It is unclear why no accommodation could have been made. Then the properties were cleaned to a very low standard, with a lot of dirt under the beds and on the base boards. Then there is a nice specific parking spot allocated to this property. Only problem, it is a few minutes walk to the property. While there is a much closer internal street to the property, it is unaccessible for people who booked this one. Only asking directly for access might get you closer so that you can properly (un)load your car - not thought through. Using the restaurants is also a hassle. For one you need a reservation, no matter how busy, they will reject you without one - and not politely. The other restaurant usually has a long waiting line ahead of it. The grocery store only opens at 9, makes it difficult to get breakfast early.
