David was very friendly and helpful. The place is isolated which is great to get away from the bustle of the city. Views are amazing from the accommodation and very close to mapungubwe National Park.

Take food with because there is nowhere close to buy any.

We absolutely loved the place. We were just a bit unpleasantly surprised by that fact that you share a fire space with other guests. Other than that it was perfect.

From the other reviews we knew it would be a rustic in the bush stay with limited wifi but we were able to charge what we needed. Early morning clean hot shower was welcomed. The staff were awesome as we arrived late in the evening and they were able to accommodate us without a fuss. The BEST was the view to wake up to with an elephant and her calf below us. What more could you ask for !! Kitchen was communal but would have preferred to have a kettle in the room to make our coffee. Will definitely be back and hopefully have more time to explore this stunning reserve.

The kitchen and dining area is communal. Would have preferred a kettle with cups and glasses in our room.

The location and the views are superb! The place is rustic but comfortable. And it is close to the most beautiful rock paintings in the area.

The only problem is the manager who is really unexperienced, with no tourism background and of very low level. And it's a pity because if properly managed the place is a gem.

Amazing location and views. Simply stunning sitting there looking over Africa. David was so helpful and is a wonderful person.
