Camping Iratxe Ciudad de Vacaciones

The environment of this campsite is warm and friendly. We are traveling from America and speak little Castellano but the staff were very friendly, patient, and understanding. The longer term guests who seem to visit every summer were very friendly as well. The pool was clean and not too crowded. The splash pad was clean and fun. There were a couple fun places for the kids to play including the playground and a ball pit indoors in case of rain. The shared bathrooms for showering were very clean.

The cabin we stayed in was very bare minimum. Just bunk beds and a small bathroom with a toilet and sink. No towels or soap either and no ac so we slept with the windows open. The advertisement for the property didn't mention having any of these amenities so we weren't surprised to not have them but for the price we paid, we expected a little bit more. The campsite itself made up for the price but the cabin alone was very cramped and not pleasant. Also the top bunks have no safety rail so on our first night the kids fell off the top bunk. On our second night the adults slept on the top bunk instead.

Le personnel était très sympathique.

Piscine pas très chaude et l'eau des sanitaires à 16h30 était froide... compliqué pour se doucher.
