Location. Site facilities. Staff onsite.

Poor Caravan condition. Heating absent. Contradictory of information provided by Caravan owner and reality. Lack of responses from Caravan owner. Extremely poor water pressure, no chance to get a shower. Never again.

It was quite easy to locate and instructions were straightforward. There were also enough heaters to keep it warm for the kids.

The double bed was not comfortable and the family room had cigarette smell. WiFi was not great.

Over all the location was nice and the carervan was OK

The water pressure and shower head was bad and there was black mold in one off the bedrooms

Very clean and comfortable. The owner physically came to property to help with heater. Great for families that want to get away on a budget. Kids loved the pool and arcades

​I have been a frequent visitor to Seton Sands for over 15 years and have never needed to file a complaint with Booking.com or the site operator until now. The standards of this particular accommodation were unacceptable and significantly below expectations, especially concerning health and safety. ​Issues Encountered During the Stay ​The following issues were noted immediately upon arrival and persisted throughout our stay: 1) ​Non-Functioning Heating and Extreme Cold: ​Upon entering the caravan, we discovered several windows had been left open, resulting in an internal temperature well below 10°C. The caravan was absolutely freezing. ​The main fire/heater in the living room was non-functional. ​While portable heaters were supplied, a broken plug in the living room meant one of the main heaters had to be moved to the kitchen, leaving the main communal area without adequate heat. 2) ​Damp and Health Hazard: ​In the bedrooms, there was visible damp on the walls. ​This was a significant concern, as there are two asthmatics in our family. I have documentation (photographs) to support this claim, which I can provide upon request. The damp represents a serious failure in the basic habitable standard of the accommodation. 3) ​Cleanliness Standards: ​The caravan generally did not smell clean. ​When we attempted to freshen up the area using the provided vacuum cleaner, the machine itself emitted a terrible odor, indicating poor prior maintenance and sanitation. 4) ​Lack of Timely Communication ​I messaged the property operator via your platform on Friday evening (the day of arrival) specifically about the heating failure. I did not receive a response until Sunday afternoon, by which time the majority of our weekend stay was over, and the issue remained unresolved. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable, freezing and a waste of money.
