Estuary View - Cosy Shepherds Hut for Two with Private Facilities

Lovely site and location. Accommodation excellent and spotless. The shop stocked absolutely everything you could possibly need. Bus stop situated at entrance to the site. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely LOVED this property in a fab location a short drive into Kingsbridge for supermarket ,restaurants or takeaway. Short drive to stunning beaches Bantham and Bigbury on Sea .We hope to stay at this property ,again an extra added touch of a cream tea and a bottle of wine on arrival definitely worth a 5 star rating.

There really isn't anything to dislike about this property . If i was going to say anything negative it would be that it is located near to a very busy road and the traffic noise was noticeable , it wouldn't stop me from staying at this location ,again ,however.

Immaculate and everything we needed + complimentary wine cream tea and fresh cut flowers.The owners obviously take great pride in site.

Having to go home

Loved the quirkiness of this cosy shepherd's hut. It was in a fabulous location with everything you could want for your stay. Helpful, friendly staff and a well stocked shop on site. The unexpected extras of a cream tea and bottle of wine was a fabulous surprise.

Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic location. Amasing place to spend a couple of days. Small hut but equiped with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. Very clean. Really great and cheep. It is impresive what you can do in that much floor space. 🥰

Really cosy, good for a short break

The closeness of the road, although I know this can't be changed!

Check in was very prompt. On our arrival, there was a welcome package including tea,coffee, milk, eggs, bread, wine and biscuits, which was a lovely surprise. The hut was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. It had all the facilities we needed, plus a parking space right next to it. We also really appreciated the message we received offering us a later check out time. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The only downside was that it’s situated along a very busy, unlit main road so walking into the centre of Kingsbridge isn’t really an option unless in daylight.

The kitchen and bathroom are separate from the bedroom. Luckily it didn’t rain as I would have hot wet moving from the bedroom to the toilet.
