"Lovely hidden gem in the middle of nature"

This place is just amazing. It's situated in a beautiful, remote and lush forest. You have plenty of privacy and at the same time the possibility to meet the other guests near the village hall. The yurt was cosy and had outside and inside fire pits. Best place to relax, disconnect from all worries and just enjoy nature

"A perfect haven in a beautiful location"

A very special place - a peaceful haven, with a range of accommodation. The farmhouse was really comfortable and well equipped, and the shepherd's hut was beautiful!

"Lovely relaxing break after from the WiFi & phones"

Great location, good facilities, fun shepherds hut with very cool painted ceilings in the middle of the woods, just bird song & sheep

We hired a shepherds hut for ourselves & the tree top yurt for our teenage sons & my only criticism was the yurt felt a little unkept, mould in the fridge, dust in the drawers.

It was like riding a green lane to get there, the place was beautiful and remote, amazing facilities and zero phone service. Perfect. Warm comfy bed and beautiful yurt.

"Totally perfect. Dream house, we didn't want to leave."

We loved everything about it. So much so we booked an extra night and still didn't want to go home. Its perfect. We will definitely be back again, in the same cottage as it was truly beautiful.

The only thing that was a little bit off putting was the place was tidy but could have been cleaner (in the least rude sounding way possible) it was a bit dusty, had stuff in the bin from previous people, and a sucked sweet in a wrapper etc.. We aren't fussy and just cleaned around as we would at home. But it could have been a little cleaner in all honesty. It's busy and I'm sure it's hard to keep every cottage perfect all the time. Also the hoover wasn't great which made it hard to clean ready for leaving, and we would have liked a mop as well as a hoover as it's dog friendly and we took our furry babies along.. But this is just an honest review. No hate, we loved it here!!
