Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Camping Le Ruisseau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that it is not possible to arrive before 16:00 or after 20:00. Free unlimited WiFi is available for 1 hour per guest per day. Extra fees apply for longer connections. Please note that breakfast service is only available in July and August. The grocery store is also only open in July and August. Please note that during the summer season, check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00. Outside of the summer season, check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. Please note that the security deposit can be paid by cash, cheque or bank card imprint. Please note that the household linen is not included in the property and a supplement of 6 € per bed will be charged. In case the property is dirty, 100 euros will be charged.
