Muy buena ubicación y muy buen trato con la anfitriona

Todo fue muy lindo .

No tuve mala experiencia.

La atención y la disposición de Marisa para que me sienta a gusto y cómodo. Una genia. Me gustó mucho la terraza con muchas plantas y una mesa para estar afuera al aire libre. Si buscas un ambiente familiar, descontracturado y sin complicaciones, es acá!

Anfitriona encantadora, uno comparte un hogar con la familia, son muy amables y te ayudan con lo que puedas necesitar. Me senti en casa. La habitacion tiene una cama comoda, e inodoro y lavabo. Disfrute bastante de la terraza grande y el hermoso gato Ziggy. Del barrio es facil llegar a cualquier parte en Bs As.

La ducha se comparte con la familia, la presion del agua estaba muy baja y agua caliente no salia casi - dificil lavarse el cabello. Es cierto que hay mosquitos pero basta decirlo a la dueña, ella tiene con que combatirlos.

Buena ubicación para el subte, zona con restaurantes cercanos

La habitación era minúscula, apenas pude dejar mi maleta y mis cosas, además de tener humedades en el techo y haber bastantes mosquitos. Para subir a la habitación, tienes que subir unos 50 escalones que se hace tedioso cuando llegas con todo el equipaje. Si buscas un lugar solo para dormir y que sea barato y cercano al centro te puede valer.

Local muito sujo, empoeirado, pequeno, colchão ruim, chuveiro quase não saia água. Reboco caindo das paredes.

Marisa is a very friendly host who supports in whatever you need. The location was very good to discover the city as the connection to public transportation is very good. But the area does not have any good restaurants or bars. Therefore you need to go somewhere else. Something you should know is that the room is at the flat where the family lives. You have to pass through their flat across the balcony to get there. I wasn’t aware of that and I can imagine that this could be a problem for some. But it wasn’t for me. You have your own toilet but to take a shower you need to go in the bathroom inside their flat.

What I didn’t like is that there was quite a lot of mould at the ceiling - and the ceiling is not high. At some point after a rainy day, parts of the ceiling came down which was a bit ugly. As the room is outside at the balcony and as it is small, it gets hot easily in summer. And when you open the windows in the evening, a lot of mosquitos come inside which was annoying.

Marisa, the host is a very special host and probably one of the sweetest personality you’ll meet during your stay in BA. Marisa speaks english if you dont speak spanish. She knows everything about her town. You stay in your own cabin on the terrace where you can rest. Internet (fiber) was fast. You share bathroom in her very lovely house. Very personalised. Even though centrally located very quiet at night. Will be back in future trips for sure.
