Lo que más destaco fue la atención del staff. Nos fuimos unos dias a una Isla y nos dejaron guardar equipaje sin costo alguno. Con muchas facilidades y siendo super amables. Además, nos olvidamos la cámara de fotos y nos la enviaron por correo hasta nueatro siguiente destino con muchisimo mimo y comprensión. Fue mucho más de los que esperábamos. Muy agradecidos con la atención. Nos hicieron recuperar la cámara y todas las fotos que teniamos del viaje hasta la fecha. Destacar también la ubicación. Muy céntrico.

No habia mucha ventilación en la habitación

Muy atentos! Jenni excelente, reservamos una noche mas, y tuvimos q cambiar habitación. Ella paso nuestras cosas a la nueva habitación, ya que estabamos en un tour a la hora del check out

El sistema de entrada no funcionaba bien , se escuchaba mucho los ruidos del pasillo

The AC worked and the location was good if you’re looking for bars and drinking.

We arrived with very clear instructions how to get into the property BUT the instructions were wrong. They gave us a code to open a key box to get into the first gate, the code was wrong and I spent 5 minutes trying to figure it out until I realized you don’t even need that code to open the gate, the gate isn’t locked. Then I used the second code to get into the actual door, that code did not work the first 3 times and finally worked the 4th time. We arrive into the property, it’s a short hallway with no windows and the doors to the rooms on the left hand side. Our instructions said “your room will say room #6 and “COZY” on the outside”. There was no room labeled room #6 OR cozy on the outside. The very last door in the hallway was unmarked so I tried the 3 code for that door and it did work so we assumed this unmarked door was our room. We get into the room, it’s pretty dirty and run down but whatever. Then there is no running water in the bathroom, the sink doesn’t work, the shower doesn’t work and the toilet doesn’t flush and there’s no bucket of water anywhere to flush the toilet either. We messaged the property to make sure this was our correct room and asked why the water was out (the water was out in the whole property) they NEVER answered us to this day. We also saw multiple reports this place has bedbugs which we did not see when we originally booked it so we looked on the mattress and pillows to make sure there was none (we did not find any) but the mattress was disgusting and the mattress protector was COVERED IN MOLD, very very gross. Thankfully we only booked 1 night but we left immediately the next morning. Would never stay here again.

Nothing

Dangerous location, the bedsheets didn’t feel and smell clean, table next to our bed was almost broken; basically hanging. We were in the first room next to the main door, we could hear everyone getting in and out the house; noise from outside. Our door didn’t lock properly. We arrived late and left the next day early morning; we could not stay a second night there.
