Close To food. Good rate.

Very noisy. Street noise and a dog barking constantly. Other guests talking loudly with their door open or in the hallway. I couldn’t tell which. Tiny room, no place to hang clothing. No hotel amenities. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Nice host, safe area, all in all good for one night and very close to the airport. I paid $2.50 USD for an uber to the airport. Incredible.

No AC, only a fan. All in all the stay is fine. I would recommend.

Room was close to the airport and the host was lovely and helpful. Her daughters recommended a few restaurants nearby. Great for a one night stay before flying!

Great for getting to the airport since it is so close. Hostess was very kind and helpful. Got up at 4 am to wait for taxi for me and called to make sure they were on their way. Location good for airport arrival/departure. Very clean basic room. Did enjoy the shower. Also got a better room than what I booked which I was thankful for. Definitely recommend this place.

The place is owned by a very nice family. It is important to know that the rooms are simple, nothing fancy yet clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay very much !

with the price being so low, I wasn’t expecting much, but in fact it turned out to be a great stay and the lady running the place was very kind and helpful despite the language barrier.

I’ve seen other reviews addressing the issue of noise at night due to the airplanes, so I’ll clarify that firstly, it’s not that bad that it would prevent you from sleeping, and secondly, that’s simply the drawback of an otherwise positive aspect of this hotel, which is the very close proximity to the airport. If you want less noise you’re going to have to travel further out and thus pay more for the taxi. The taxi to Belis hotel was 3600 - 4000 colones, which is equivalent to 7-8 dollars.
