A rua é muito tranquila, dá para ir a pé até à praia de Itamambuca que é linda. Também é possível ir a pé ao centrinho que tem vários restaurantes, farmácia, padaria, sorveteria. A piscina é ótima e o jardim é lindo. Me permitiram usar a máquina para lavar minhas roupas durante a estadia.
