Tom is highly organised, your property is exceptionally clean, and everything was provided. I could not fault the place throughout my five days there. The room was spacious enough, and the kitchen was very useful as well. The place was so clean that any reasonable person who came to stay there would Strive to keep it that way. Overall, I was very satisfied, and anytime I visit Toronto, I will definitely come back to stay there if available

Tom is an amazing host, he can be easily reach through messages. The public area (toilets and kitchen) is very clean and tidy.

The room can be quite cold at night, but Tom was able to adjust the temperature even in midnight.

The place was easy to find with ample instructions to self check-in given prior. It was a very comfortable stay without any issues and the place was super clean.

The rooms are connected and you can occasionally pick up conversations or other slight noises. Wished a more quieter experience.

this was well located. the bed was comfortable and good storage in the room. I forgot my key one night and messaged via the app at 3am and had a response by 4am. way above and beyond.

one of the other tenants which seemed like a long term occupant was noisy at completely completely unreasonable hours. the management had a word with them but still 3am phone calls on speakerphone.
