Place was very clean but you are booking a room in a very full house. It’s not a separate living space

I would highly recommend Manny’s Place for an Ottawa getaway. It’s an immaculately cared-for house property in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. The whole house is spotless, quiet and comfortable, and the Kerrigan coffee in the morning was the icing on the cake! Manny is very helpful by text with any information you might need, and it was a pleasure to meet him face to face as we were checking out. Forget the big anonymous chain hotels on the highway, it was a real treat to stay at Manny’s Place!

I have stayed here before clean comfortable and quiet. Well organized for a shared home. Host is lovely and accommodating, there for your needs.

Manny's Place is a diamond in the rough. A guest house in the middle of suburbia, you wouldn't think it's anything special at first glance. But it's a home. It's a place you look forward to. A place a person can trust to provide safety and comfort. A place that offers reasonable pricing for comfortable accommodations. After staying there a few times over the last year or so, and meeting the man himself, meeting the good people who clean and maintain the place, meeting the different and interesting people who found this beautiful rest stop along their personal journeys, I can confidently say that this is where anyone in the Ottawa area who needs a place to rest their weary head for an evening should go. Thank you Manny, and thanks to your amazing staff. It's not often a temporary living arrangement feels so natural and good. I appreciate everything you strive to provide to your guests.
