Lots of stairs to get to room but other options lower down were available.

Had my own breakfast but appreciate that there was dishes for me to use and a kitchen area with supplies. The bed and pillows are awesome. Heated toilet seat was nice. Have stayed before in a different room. enjoyed both stays and love the location.

I couldn't talk on the phone unless I was outside at the top of the driveway. Don't recall having that problem when I stayed on the backside. Figuring out which door to go to wasn't clear on the original email. It just said ground floor. I think of the back as the ground floor too.

Water views and gardens, plus walking tracks.

Small sized rooms but still ok
