Location is good

No dark curtain! The house is in front of a city light , so we couldn’t sleep al night. The walls are thin! We have heard our neighbors all night. She also tried to charge us more.

The family was super kind. The facilities were always clean. We felt incredibly welcomed even though our spanish is very poor. The hosts made an effort to answer our questions and help us plan our days. Super close to the bus terminal! Cant recommend this place enough!

That we couldn't stay longer!

Very friendly host with flexibility towards check-in and check-out times, she really made you feel at home immediately. Shared kitchen with all necessary appliances, and very clean shared bathrooms. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place as a base for exploring Chiloé!

Location is very central. We even got a parking spot on the ground of the refugio. (small car)

Hosts were really nice and friendly. Location is central, easy to get around walking. The hosts helped us park our car in the tiny lot in front of the house. The bathrooms are being regularly cleaned.

First of all it is not a hostel, but a house in which a family lives in the ground floor and the guests in the upper floor of the building. The rooms are tiny and not perfectly clean, there was no fireplace and no kitchenette inside the room which differs from the description in Booking. Also there is no breakfast. The shared bathrooms are also tiny with very low ceiling and although they were constantly cleaned, it still felt a bit uncomfortable. Also on Booking there was breakfast included, but there was none offered. In general one could supposedly use the living room/kitchen, but we didn't since we felt it belonged to the family owning the property. Finally, for the same price one could get a room in a hostel offering about the same quality plus the additional services a hostel normally offers.
