The owner was very nice and the place is centrally located. It was great to be able to have breakfast at home before going out into the city.

The location was great. The breakfast was fine, and the owner was friendly and willing to help us to get taxis and directions. We were feeling comfortable in the room.

The location is in the center but really you can’t find it because there’s no label or anything

It’s really not a hotel. In reality you just share a flat with a mother and her son. You can stay in one room, they use all the time all flat, everywhere is their staff, their noise, the mother even enters your room, when you want privacy. Her staff is everywhere in the room, she rents. No privacy at all. You can’t use the toilet or shower when you need. All pictures in Booking are actually false. The owner has just made them from her flat, you can’t use anything except one room. The pictures about the breakfast are absolutely false. There was only cold coffee and dry toasts, what she had put to fridge last night. When we asked about the breakfast, she was very rude, shouted to us and threatened to call the police. Very manipulative behavior by the owner. During two days we stayed at her flat, she doesn’t made any difference in her behavior. Her television was on and make noise, she was making laundry, talking very loudly to the phone. Absolutely nothing was good.

Let me start by saying that the area, the house and the apartment are just amazing! Every inch is saturated with the love of the hostess for her home, and this atmosphere of graceful antiquity is unforgettable. We are also very grateful that we were received at night, as our plane was delayed. For allowing us to leave personal belongings until 7 pm next day. The hostess is a very wordy and interesting lady. We had some important information and help. Highly recommended accommodation for solo travellers to feel safe, comfy like at home.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast can be quite simple for some people but for me was nice, and there was little variations between days that the house-owner asked us so we could choose. The location is near anything you could need in Buenos Aires, like Avenida Corrientes with all the theaters, restaurants and entertainment stuff, besides the subway 2 blocks away and near buses' stop make it perfect for moving around the city. Graciela, the house-owner, is a warm person and she will be there for anything you could need, she had our room cleaned everytime we went out and was nice getting to a tidy bedroom. Also she was always up to some conversation whenever you feel like! I had really nice talks with her.

The house-owner may be a bit intrusive, we had closed casings that shouldn't be opened by anyone else except us and she revised those things, we knew it because she later spoke about it with us. This is the only thing that bothered us
