"Don't recommend"

Nice size room, modern, great free parking under surveillence, you can use fridge and microwawe that are there for all guests. Bed was comfortable.

Upon check in no was one on the reception for 30 minutes, no one was answering the given phone number, and 2nd phone number was written incorrectly. Floor in the room wasn't mopped, I walked twice accross the room and my socks were dirty. In the bedside drawer was someone elses underwear, that is also unacceptable. There is an AC in the room but they took the remote so you can't use it, and the night was cold as I checked in late and window was partially opened all day before my arrival. Drain in the shower doesn't work properly, you can shower for a minute and then wait a few minutes for water to drain. This is not worth the money, will not come back.

The owner and the cleaning lady are nice people

Heater is not working properly, hot water wasn't there, u can hear noise and cars from the highway just beside the building. It is far from Vienna.
