Really nice location and nice house, you have access to a full kitchen with all accessories, and sports equipment

The bathroom is a bit old and small, and unfortunately the people you share it with are not always respectful but it’s the only negative point you can give to this property

"Lovely guesthouse, excellent value for money!"

Such a lovely place to stay. Mauricio made us feel very welcome. Our room was light and spacious with our own fridge and TV with Netflix. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly - great for WFH. And the kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The neighbourhood is nice and safe with good transport links and supermarkets. We felt very at home here and will definitely book again next time we are in Medellin!

"A truly fantastic homestay"

We had a fantastic time at Mauricio’s home- which is an example of a truly great home stay experience. The bedroom was of a very good size and extremely comfortable- with cable tv and a full sized fridge. There was a hot shower in the shared bathroom. Downstairs- we had full use of the kitchen facilities and could even use Mauricio’s home gym if we required! The house benefits from an excellent security system and doors with code entry (very useful if you do not like carrying room keys around). Mauricio is quite simply a fantastic host- on hand to offer any assistance as required. He even did our laundry for us- which says a lot about him. We really recommend this brilliant homestay in Medellin.

"Fantastic"

Incredible option in a nice area of Medellin. Access to kitchen, laundry. WiFi was very good, parking for my motorcycle and Mauricio is a fantastic host. There's even a small gym outside under the patio. Room was big and clean. Will definitely stay again!

"Nice place to stay in Medellín"

The room is in a secure home which is in a nice neighborhood. There's a cook little park to hang in across the street. Super close to a metro station and close to a mall as well. Very centrally located and authentic neighborhood. I love that is not super noisy all night like other neighborhoods.

I wish the park had some benches.
