We had a very comfortable stay at Eliza's place. It was great value for money and Eliza has really thoughtfully set up her rooms for guests. The breakfast and tea selection was very nice. The location is also very convenient as it is right next to a supermarket and there is plenty of street parking. Will stay again next time we are in Launceston
