Birdsong Gardens

Clarinda's property is lovely, the accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer if we're in Quorn again.

Birdsong garden is the perfect place to stay for your visit to Quorn. We absolutely loved it. Big size room with space for two armchairs and a tv. Small fridge in the room where the owner left some eggs for us from the hens in her garden. So many amenities available such as washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, hot plate, toaster and kettle. We only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Comfy bed. Roomy . Helpful host. Some eggs complimentary from the chooks.

But of a quirky set up. Fridge in bedroom, toilet next to "kitchen". Laundry well washing machine in tiny kitchen area. Shower separate again.

Clarinda (and her pets) are such lovely hosts. The unit is in a quiet location which made for a very enjoyable stay. Very pleasant garden & the view of the night sky is amazing..

An oasis in a Desert although Quorn is not a desert but a surprisingly quiet town with many historic buildings. Birdsong Gardens is a very, very pleasant place to stay with a large garden, terrace to sit, birds, chickens and rooster, and above all a spacious living area with all the things you need. You feel yourself at home. Easy walk to town centre (Old Ghan railway station environment)

Stale- smelling, poor quality bed linen Stained dirty carpet Unable to watch flat screen televsion which had no aerial/ did not work. Old style home not very well adapted to b&b accommodation Paid more than other recent high quality b&b accommodation.

A great location, close to town. Garden was very pleasant. Lovely to have milk and eggs left. Room was spacious with some new modern furniture and bed. Though the host was away we had good communication about accessing the accommodation.

Nothing really but would suggest a specific information folder for the accommodation. There was a lot of useful information about the town and area but nothing about the studio. I eventually came across the WiFi code written on the side of a folder. The kitchen is small with limited worktop space. But is manageable. Would also suggest a review of the cutlery, I could only find one table knife and the bowls were not the most practical. Sorry if this sounds petty. We enjoyed our stay and think it is good value but with a few additions it will be even better.
