It was the cheapest place I could find in town (other than a hostel). I just needed a bed and a place to charge my phone and my camera.

For that price, I wouldn't expect much more.

The staff didn't bother to answer either my emails or my phone calls. I hadn't received the key code in my email and was unable to enter the flat. Fortunately, another traveller came in, let me in and told me to check my messages in the Booking app. I found the key code there, but it never reached my inbox. I am not familiar enough with the app. However, refusing to answer the customers' calls and emails is unacceptable.
