Good location and facilities in the kitchen.

The place is not very clean grime in bathrooms and kitchen, place needs a deep clean. If you have OCD dont stay here.

"I enjoyed my stay"

-Location is great, close to the city center, free parking available -Room was comfortable and clean -WIFI was okay, suitable for work -There was an iron, grill, washing machine, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay -It's possible to lock your room (there are 3 rooms) -Downstairs there's an amazing breakfast place ALEGRIA where you can get a salad, sandwiches or smoothie (highly recommended!!!) I enjoyed my stay. Seems like the owner really tries to keep the place clean and the guests satisfied.

-There is no ventilation in the toilet -Broken shower hanger so you should hold the shower with your hands
