Best accomodation we experienced in India! Clean and safe place, delicious breakfast plus very friendly owners who were always willing to help.

Property is well maintained. Mr Manual is great host and will explain all about Ford Kochi.

Homely Breakfast is really good. High speed wifi is a plus. Host was friendly and helping. Location is good near the beach. Quite and calm area.

The room was clean and spacious. The hosts were very nice with us, always good to have some conversation with them. They were always there if we needed something, gave us recommendations about visits and restaurants, and managed a taxi for us to go to the airport the last day. The location was good to go walking around. We were very happy during our stay. Thank you.

It was clean and in good position

It really felt like staying in a home (sounds obvious, I know) from the care taken to make sure I knew the best rates for local tuktuks, to arranging tickets for evening entertainment and making sure the chai was exactly to my tastes, the level of care and hospitality was truly wonderful. There was also an appreciation of privacy, the balance was just right. The location is great and the room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and varied - something different each day. I wish I could have stayed longer

I couldn’t stay longer!

Josey's Homestay is a bit special - Josey and her brother really look after their guests - I had to leave for an early morning flight and they kindly made breakfast for me. They offer to do clothes washing if you need it for an extra INR 200. I could make tea in the littke kitchen and there is a communal dining / seating area. The rooms are simple and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower works well. I used the ceiling fan - if you need A/c their is an extra charge. I prefer fans. It was in a great location in the old Fort area and e cellent value for money.
