Very clean room, good bathroom area with strong shower pressure, friendly host

friendly helpful decent discrete little family.. The place seemed me, si clean it was and everything was working perfectly, fan AC, hot water... I liked the neighborhood, quiet yet walking distance to everything in Kochi fort.

The neighbors like to watch TV... Sometimes late, one time even early morning...they're older people and their hearing seems to be bad...

The host of this room, Alfred, is a nice and communicative person. the room is very tidy, cozy and nicely furnished, neat and good quality furniture, bed linen and towels are really white, not white as they call light gray in other places. The bathroom and toilet are really nice and tidy, and this bathroom smelled really nice :-). I was not a demanding traveler, but I felt that if I had any needs, the owner Alfred would help me with them. Although the yard is small, he was happy to pull his motorcycle, letting my motorcycle rest safely in the yard of his beautiful house. In my opinion, this is a great example of how you can have great quality at a decent price. After paying 1000 per night for this room I was very pleased to get a good deal :-). because elsewhere they have had to pay twice as much and get a room several times worse. The excellent attitude of the owner towards the client and his property makes you admire and enjoy his business.

Nothin to find, what I dislike.

Great location, great bedroom with balcony, but the most important: great (the best) host. Thank you Alfred and family for your hospitality and kindness. You made us feel like at home. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, you will easily reach by walking the main spots of Fort Kochi. Super highly recommended!!

Je sant o casa, felt like more like a home to me, the host freddy was very welcoming and he was helpful, all of the main spot in fortkochi were really close by, and the property was well maintained and cleaned, I like everything about our room and I would recommed this place to anyone who is intrested in staying in a fortkochi.
