Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious. Everything was good.

Some tuk tuk drivers thought it was too far out of Fort Kochi. Beach not swimable

Very cute house with a nice yard and very warm host.

Not comfortable, missing essential stuff. Bedsheets and towels were in a such a condition that I was not comfortable using them.

It was a memorable experience to stay in Royal Beach Abode Homestay. The host was exceptional in their hospitality. They were very friendly and well behaved. A variety of breakfast was served in time. The room was very large, spacious, clean, well decorated with murals, fitted with fans and two ACs (all in good conditions). The homestay has also a very nice sitting facility overlooking the Arabian sea in the garden. Overall, I would recommend my friends and relatives to come here, if they are planning to visit Kochi and spend a few days in a calm and quiet environment.

(1) The location is far away from the airport. (2) The approach road to the homestay from the main road is somewhat narrow. However, normal sized cars and even SUVs can navigate and pass through the road.
