Ubytování Benátky u Litomyšle

Lovely private home just outside of Litomyšl, well within walking distance to the town itself. The nice couple that own the property were extremely accommodating and overall everything was smooth.

I stayed here several times to be in and around Litomysl (since 2012 every year), for culture, ambiente, music (Setkání přátel komorní hudby a interpretační semináře se konají již 50. rokem, v Litomyšli https://www.kurzylitomysl.cz/ - there is far more than the fantastic Smetanova) and bike trips in the region of Smetane and Martinu (no mountainbike but city bike is sufficient) and I enjoy this pension since 2018/19. It is coys, nicely maintaine in the nice vallye of Loucna river - along the river 2,5 km to the city....ideal location. And the support of the IC-Litomysl tourist office, the small one in the city center at the big square is the best I ever had in many trips in Europe, even from Casablanca to Wladiwostok, is the very best!! It was a bit to dry. Climate change. But you can not influence the weather. Here as well: hope for the best for the nice nature with forests, valleys, meadows with storchs....

If you do not mind 2,5 km to the city center of Litomyšl this pension is ideal. A nice foot way along the river Loučná (a very nice bike path along that pittoresque river even longer, like an "English mini park" on the embankment), or if you have a bike very comfortable 7 min ride to the city! The pension is under the bottomline the best I ever had in Litomyšl, were I spent each year from 2012 to now several weeks. It is a familiar pension with a nice ambiente and support.
