Everything was awesome, thank you...

It was in a community away from city congestion but close enough to points of interest and easy access to the main streets leading to the city.

A nice room with a comfy bed so i slept well. A bathroom to share with others which is ok. This is not a hotel so you have to adjust the expectations of this kind of accommodation. Something i did not sink in by myself is that a young family lives on the main floor or actually down. It was special as a location and kind of accommodation what makes this way of a overnight interesting. Bathroom had enough space. Nice way of decorating. Funny how technology is the way how you get things done. This also counts for getting in the building and your bedroom.

In the evening you can hear the young children for a short time though. Technology is not always my way of things getting done.

Easy check-in. Good communication with the owner. Comfy bed. On-street parking opposite. Quiet neighbourhood.

Some people might find the location problematic if you wish to visit the city. It's a little far from the bus stop. I drove in so this wasn't a problem. Remember it's a shared bathroom. But this was opposite my room. A welcome bottle of water is generally a nice touch I think.... inexpensive too. Maybe some soaps in the bathroom too (I had run out).

The bed and the toilets were clean

I was forced to checkin before 10:00 pm. I was aleays in communication with the landlord and texted him i will be late but after 10:00 pm he behaved as if he is not available on the property. And i left stranded while entering the code starting from 10:22. The code didnt work to enter building. Later a very nice ukrainian lady let me in who was staying in the same building after verifying my booking. The landlord later was not happy with her by letting me in and send me a warning message in the morning that he is will go through legal consequences if i dont leave a rating of 10 or other option not to give a rating. Pretty to have such an experience in Germany where landlord is threating to give him a 10 rating. Please be aware of this person as he just wanted to get easy money and in morning he doesnt want to clean the beadsheets.
