The man who works there is really nice ☺️ you can rent motorbike with them Nice and comfy breakfast is really good

It’s a few I’m from the center but only 5 min with moto so it’s not a problem at all 😊

I had a great room with balcony over looking a coy pond, it’s a nice friendly family run guest house the hosts are very kind and offer a good choice for breakfast, Located in a nice neighborhood a bit far from the main tourist area but with the free bicycles no problem👍

have to pay extra for coffe with breakfast

Nice garden, clean room. Free bicycles to get to the centre, around 15min cycling.

Coffee for breakfast and water in the room are charged extra.

"perfect stay in Hoi An :)"

We had a very nice six day stay here :-) Very friendly and helpful owners. Delicious breakfast with a large selection. The room with balcony was large and comfortable. Great value for money, even bicycles are free :) We would definitely come back here when we are in Hoi An, thank you :-)

The rooms are nice and clean. The view from the balcony is nice and so is the garden behind the house. The breakfast is good with several options to choose (unfortunately drinks not included). It's a bit far from the center but there are bicycles for free and it just takes 10 mins. The lady I also very nice. I had a pleasant stay!
