I love the owner. She decorated the place beautifully. It is always a soft, cozy, clean and homey place to land. Some of the decor is her own art, and it is breathtaking. Plus, she is personable and highly intelligent, a pleasure to talk to. Last but not least: the place belongs to a historic family, so you end up learning a lot about the city.

The neighbor’s dog barking at night, and a saxofone practice before 10am.
