Attended Cologne Christmas Market; this room w/connected bathroom and shower is on the top (3d) level, landlord has a private parking place that costs 15 Euro/day; recommend parking the car and taking the train to the Cologne cathedral/center of town (takes approx. 10 minutes.) Very happy with the price of the room (we had 3 adults and the room has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed,) its cleanliness and communication with the landlord.

Goeie locatie wat betreft de afstand naar het centrum, helaas wel minder eetgelegenheden of supermarkten op wandelafstand. Propere zolderkamer, vriendelijke ontvangst.

De extra parkeerkosten van 45 euro. Helaas wordt er in de faciliteiten ook vermeld dat er een kookplaat en wasmachine aanwezig is, terwijl dit niet zo is. Ons was het niet meteen duidelijk dat de studio een zolderkamer is bij iemand thuis, maar desondanks een propere kamer met voldoende ruimte.
