Falta de proteção na sacada ( para quem vai com criança) Janela do banheiro aberta para sacada do outro prédio.( Mesmo "fechada") E muita barata no quintal ( muita mesmo)

Da comodidade do quarto e da casa como um todo, de ter equipamentos pra fazer as alimentações, ar condicionado do quarto.

Cama desconfortável, bastante mole. O chuveirinho de fora não estava funcionando, acaba sendo bem relevante pra não entrae com areia pra dentro da casa.
